Patients should register for online access by contacting the reception desk where you will be provided by email a letter containing an access code to register yourself online.
Our current information access levels are for: Consultations, repeat prescriptions ,documents, problems, immunisations and any clinical allergies that have been identified to date.
Please note we do not provide access to blood results, due to concerns regarding the interpretation of results, should you wish copies please make a telephone consultation with a GP, where the findings of the results will be fully explained. Results may at times have a reading of abnormal which can cause distress, but in most cases these readings will be taken into account against all the other results recorded which provides a fuller explanation of what the results mean. Registering for online services may result in swifter response to any questions you have about your past medical history.
